Whether you are learning at home or in the classroom this year, do it in true BHE style. We have so many fun items to choose from. We tried to make this as easy and safe as possible. The only way to guarantee you get the items you want is to ORDER NOW and your gear will be shipped right to your door, the first week in October. Very limited stock will be available for in-person sales, so don’t miss the online order deadline. The BHE Online Store is only open from August 7th to August 31st, so don’t delay, order TODAY!!

We have SPIRIT, BHE SPIRIT! We are so excited to start the year off with a bang this year. We have been working hard all summer to provide you with some cute new BHE clothing options for the 2020-2021 school year. Stay tuned for next week’s eblast when we officially launch the website for our 2020-2021 spirit wear for you to purchase.

ACTION ITEM : New this year is our FREE spirit shirt for all students. BHE is graciously giving each child a fresh new spirit shirt this year, at no cost to you. All we need from you is to fill out the form below and submit one for each child that you have attending Bunker Hill Elementary (in person or virtually)

Dear BHE Friends and Families,

We hope you are doing well and enjoyed spending time together this summer. We are excited to hear from you so that we can best support your family for the 2020-2021 school year. Attached is a form for you to let us know if your child will be attending school in person or utilizing the distance learning model. If you have already filled out the form in Skyward Family Access, great! We have your information. If you don’t have access to Skyward Family Access, please email Mrs. Marylyn Peklenk your form at [email protected] The deadline for the form submission is July 22nd. If you are not able to email the form, you may drop off the form at Bunker Hill Elementary Monday, July 20th -Wednesday, July 22nd from 8:00am-5:00pm. If you need to complete the form at Bunker Hill Elementary, we will have blank copies available for walk up service from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday, July 20th – Wednesday, July 22nd. Walk up service requires a mask. We look forward to hearing from you and are very excited to work together to make this school year great for our BHE Lions in both settings.

The link to order school supplies is up and running. We have worked with the teachers in each grade to get the exact products they are requesting. Once supplies are ordered, they will be delivered to your students’ new classroom the first day of school this fall. In addition to the regular supplies, we are also offering hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes to be delivered for each child as well.

Summer is here! Nothing says summer like a great list of recommended summer reading, along with some time at the pool, snow cones, camps, and tons of outside play! Here are some recommended reading list for every grade level. Pick a few books for yourself and keep track of your reading by either using the Summer Reading Log or the Summer Reading Bingo. Everyone who brings one of these back in the fall will get a surprise!

Registration is now open for the 2020 – 2021 School Year! Priority registration is going on now. Open registration for incoming students begins March 23. (Students attending Wildcat Way are also eligible to attend iKids at BHE. Please contact iKids for details.) Registrations may be submitted to iKids or the school’s front office. iKids U offers a variety of after-school opportunities onsite at BHE, including Stay & Play, Enrichment, and One on One services.
